Great priced hotel with small pool. Restaurant in lobby is understaffed with inexperienced staff if you are in a hurry go somewhere
The hotel facilities are comfortable and great looking. The neighborhood is calm and we'll located. The only drawback is that the rooms lack of power outlets

Wow! Such a great hotel I absolutely loved it! I thought they were going to discriminate me by the way I look to be completely honest but no. I was treated super well since the first time I called and also the rest of the staff was great and friendly too. Pros- Cheap $1,100 pesos for the smalleSt room 1 bed Great location in cdmx Safe environment inside and the surroundings outside the hotel were safe too! 7-Eleven nearby Breakfast restaurants nearby Decent sized park in front of the hotel (and they have a dog park and a skating area) Quiet Friendly staff They also have a restaurant inside the hotel The rooms had a bathtub Good Wi-Fi signal and connection (4th floor) They also have a pool on the ninth floor it was very small and simple Elevator Clean hotel honestly what I loved about this hotel the most was that they give you a thing to hook on your door knob that says do not disturb and on the other side it says “I want my room cleaned” so you can actually flip it around if you don’t want them going inside your room and cleaning it ! I can’t think of any cons to be honest I had a great experience it was my first time with me and my partner and it was our first time in Mexico City.
The workers were super kind and polite. They were always checking up on us and the rooms were really clean and comfortable.
Checkin was fast and easy, staff very friendly and accommodating. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Very good price! Located in a perfect place where you can move around the city easily. I would definitely stay here again. WiFi needs a little work but everything else was just great!
My experience here was good for the most part . They accommodate well , but my only complaint is that the rooms don’t really cool off enough . The air conditioning is very low quality for how nice the hotel itself is . Service from the staff was immaculate on the other hand . They addressed the problem and even helped me switch to another room to make me more comfortable. I’ll admit I really appreciate the effort. Service here is excellent but the air conditioner need updating . Overall very satisfied with my 2 night stay here .
Go to hotel. Center of everything and transportation. Good restaurants nearby. Hotel has excellent service and great staff. Been coming here since 2005 for my stay in Mexico City. Never had a problem.
